Mon Tout 2024 Vintage Release

Mon Tout 2024 Vintage Release

We have just rolled out our new vintage releases from last year's fast and furious 2024 vintage.

Translating to ‘My Everything’ in French, Mon Tout is all about embracing the raw possibilities that come with a hands-off approach to winemaking and celebrating the beauty in nature's nuances.

Vintage 2024 Collection:

Long Play – Fresh, zesty Chenin Blanc from Margaret River. Citrus forward and a textural feel thanks to a touch of skin contact.

Hey Days – A lively and raw West Australian Chardonnay from Pemberton. Plucky citrus acidity matches a structural finesse.

Strange Love – A playful blend of WA Grenache, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris, offering strawberries, spice, and a crisp, dry finish.

Cherry Picking – Vibrant, bright Grenache from the Swan Valley. Fruity, versatile and moreish.

Kind Animals – A soft yet supple blend of Swan Valley Grenache, Margaret River Shiraz, and Mount Marker Pinot Noir. A hugely drinkable, lively and fruit-driven red.

Founded by second-generation vintner Richard Burch, Mon Tout reflects his passion for organic viticulture and a minimal intervention winemaking.

“With Mon Tout, we always let go of any preconceived notions of what the wines should be,” Burch explains. “Instead, we look at what each vintage gives us and work with that, keeping our minds open and seeing where things land.”

“This year, our Long Play took a new shape, moving from a blend to showcasing Chenin Blanc on its own. It’s bright, citrusy, and just feels alive—a perfect summer wine.”

To craft Mon Tout, all fruit is handpicked from organic vineyards across our favourite WA regions Fermentation happens naturally in ceramic eggs, stainless steel, or French oak, with the wines finished unfiltered and with minimal sulphur.

The 2024 vintage Mon Tout collection is now available online.
