Tasting Notes
A hazy peony-pink pour that catches the light like a faded sunset. On the nose, it’s rose petal, tart cranberry, and the soft fuzz of just-picked raspberry. The palate is alive with blood orange zip, unfurling into layers of sour cherry, pomegranate, and red apple skins - bright, pulpy, and a little wild. There’s a flutter of ultra-fine tannin, grounding all that verve in a structure that is both slightly textural and sating. The finish? Piquant, lifted, red-berry, and just a little bit cheeky.

Fresh. Bright. Pretty.

This lively Rosé sets the tone with its vibrant acidity and floral fruit notes - ideal with zesty starters and seafood. Try it alongside these delightful dishes:

  • Rigatoni, crab, cherry tomato, roasted fennel
  • Chargrilled marinated octopus, citrus aioli, chilli, coriander
  • Sardines on toast, fresh lemon

Alcohol - 12.5%Vol.

Winemaking
Pinot Noir - Fruit is handpicked and then whole bunch pressed to stainless steel where the juice is given extended contact with solids for 10 days prior to ferment to build texture. Juice is then racked to big old French oak puncheons to undergo cool and slow ferment.
Pinot Gris - Harvested in the cool of night and then crushed to ceramic egg, where the wine stayed in contact with skins for 2 weeks extracting pink blush colour and vibrant rose water aromatics.
