Tasting Notes
A hazy lemon-green in the glass, the bouquet reveals citrus blossom, verbena and scratched lemon skin underscored by some green notes of feijoa and rockmelon, with rainfall freshness. Crunchy green apple, nashi pear, lemon pith and pomelo meld to create a tart, mouthwatering finish. Chalky phenolics, thanks to a touch of skin contact, add intrigue and complexity to this textural, delicious wine.

Loaded with crunchy primary fruit characters and zippy acidity, this Chenin Blanc is the perfect match for dishes rich in fat and texture.

• Southern fried chicken burger - lettuce, pickles maple smoked bacon, double American cheese, chipotle BBQ sauce, roast garlic aioli, chips.

Winemaking
Chenin Blanc - picked and wild fermented in large format French oak, with a small portion left macerating on skin for 3 days before being pressed to concrete eggs to preserve freshness and minerality.
