Tasting Notes
Crafted from a medley of Chenin Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Sauvignon Blanc, this summertime white offers the perfect mix of fresh orchard fruit, tart citrus acidity and pleasing palate weight with a delightfully slippery texture. Chenin Blanc lends a cascade of green fruit such as Granny Smith apple, baked pear, and honeydew melon, while Pinot Gris brings white peach and honey notes plus a hint of sweet spice. Sauvignon Blanc is a bit shy at the start but emerges with some aeration, unleashing an array of tropical fruit on the nose as well as a zesty citrus kick and invigorating acidity on the palate. As you sip, grapefruit, white nectarine, pineapple and orange pith glide across the palate concluding in a dry, refreshing finish. A captivating fusion of aromas, textures and flavours, this wine offers complexity, presence and cohesion in equal parts.
