Winemaking
Grenache & Syrah - combinations of whole bunches, whole berry and concrete contacted batches in open fermenters with most left on skins for extended maceration before a soft pressing to large old oak for settling and maturation. All natural fermentation.

A red berry bomb, this wine is jampacked with super lively fruit and a juicy, supple palate. Damson plum, vanilla bean, fruit roll up, cherry, cranberry and Aperol form a bouquet that as vibrant as it is irresistible. The bright, boisterous red fruit and floral notes are balanced by crunchy blood orange acidity, smashed rock minerality, and brick-dust tannin. Serve this light, fresh summertime wine with a slight chill to unlock its vivacious personality.
