Celebrate Mon Tout's 2025 Vintage Release with Limited Edition Trio Pack

Seasonally fluid Western Australian wine label Mon Tout has released its 2025 vintage, unveiling a new expression of its Strange Love wine that reflects the conditions of the year and the brand’s deliberately hands-off approach.

For the Strange Love 2025 vintage, we say au revoir to Grenache, a familiar presence in previous vintages, and instead embrace a Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris blend, with fruit sourced from Pemberton and Mount Barker. The result is a crisp, dry wine showing notes of strawberry and spice, offering a bright, expressive take on the season. 

Translated from French, Mon Tout means “my everything”. Founded by second-generation winemaker Richard Burch, the label was created as a platform for minimal-intervention winemaking, allowing each vintage to take shape in response to seasonal conditions.

Fruit for the range is sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards across the Great Southern and Margaret River regions, with parcels selected for their quality in any given year. Fermentation is kept gentle and low-impact, using a combination of vessels including ceramic eggs and old French puncheons.

“Mon Tout has always been about letting nature take the lead,” says Richard Burch. “We start with grapes that are growing well, which means our varietals and blends often see a change from year to year. From there, we take a very hands-off approach so the quality of the fruit can speak for itself.”

“Our Strange Love got a revamp in this vintage. We got our Pinot Gris from Mount Barker and on the blending table with the Pinot Noir, the combination really sang!”

Returning releases include Long Play Chenin Blanc from Margaret River, a joyful, anything-goes white defined by green and yellow fruit flavours, made for easy enjoyment. 

Also returning is Cherry Picking, a Swan Valley Grenache that’s fruity, vibrant and bright in the glass, best served chilled, for fun times in the sunshine.
